Returns & Refunds Policy
All physical products at CreativeleighGB are custom-printed to order by our print-on-demand partners. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
No Returns for Change of Mind Because every item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size or colour selection. Please review the size charts on each product page carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, has a print defect, or is not the item you ordered, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund. To report an issue, please contact us at leighhewlett@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. You do not need to return the item — we will resolve the issue directly.
Order Cancellations We begin processing orders immediately. Cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an item has been sent to production, we are unable to cancel it.
Lost in Transit If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of dispatch, please contact us at leighhewlett@gmail.com and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner.
European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. To exercise this right, please contact us at leighhewlett@gmail.com. Your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds Once your refund has been approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at leighhewlett@gmail.com.

Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded. This is in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which provides an exemption for digital content where the download process has begun with the customer's prior consent.
If your file is faulty, corrupted, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at [your email address] and we will do our best to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement file or issuing a refund at our discretion.
